  • After filling out the above form we will contact you within 24 hours to get started. We will send you an intake form where you can provide detailed information on your product to help us with our ingredient selection process. We will also send over the work agreement contract, NDA and an invoice for payment. After all required information has been returned to us, we will get started on our research. We try our best to stay within your deadline but please note that this process generally takes a minimum of 2 weeks to complete.

  • Before beginning any work on your project, an invoice will be sent to your email. This must be paid in full before work begins. You can pay via debit or credit card.

  • If you want us to select actives for multiple formulas at a time (ex. a three step skincare routine) we can offer a 25% discount for any additional product included at the time of booking.

  • The following information is extremely helpful in assisting us with your active selection: product format, desired packaging type, intended product use, market to be sold, target demographic, target COG, no-no list, must have actives and any must have benefits.
